surprising the customer with a cheaper version of Nokia 5800 XM. Does the 5530 really carry Carl Zeiss optics? It didn't say so at the back of the phone.

In the table of comparison, you gave as Nokia 5530 XpressMusicfor both the sections. Not 5800.. please correct it. It might confuse the readers.

Every phone is made to work on a certain level of power generated by the battery,so if the output power of both the phone’s ,Nokia 5800 and Nokia 5530, batteries is different then i doubt exchanging the battery…..anyhow using other phone’s battery is not a good practice

Nokia 5530 is not available yet here,so i have not used it personally….But both Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and Nokia 5530 XpressMusic share similar browser and same class of technology like GPRS, EDGE and HSCSD……But if you want to use 3G technology, which faster than compare to other, then Nokia 5530 XpressMusic dont have one.

Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is a very good phone in its price category,we are here comparing two phones with different price tag but with almost similar features…Nokia 5800 XpressMusic definitely has an advantage over Nokia 5530 XpressMusic because of GPS and 3G….now its up to you ,what you choose .

I listen to music a lott and i text and browse a lott!! And moderate usage of camera!!
Jet has a better camera but bad texting inputs..
Touch is awsum interms of interface and texting.. but bad music player and no 3.5mm jack !!
5530 haz a great music player.. but camera is average coz of no Carl-Zeiss lens and singl led flash!! Dunno abot the texting inputs and worst thing.. no smileyz for texting!!!

the price band for Nokia 5530 XM was expected to be around 13K to 14K INR, but as u have mentioned that price of Nokia 5800 XM is reduced then there must be a decline in the cost of Nokia 5530 XM
